Optimal Spine & Health Center is a Gilbert Medical and Chiropractic Facility that focuses on getting you out of pain quickly and efficiently. We are a pain relief and wellness center that uses a multi therapeutic approach for relief, health and wellness. We believe in finding the cause of the problem so we can get you the correct diagnosis and best treatments. We utilize a combination of some or all of the following: Chiropractic, Physical therapy and modalities, Medical non-steroid muscle injections and massage therapy. Based on our patient’s results and reviews this approach has been well received.

We don’t do: “Long term plans”, “High pressure sales”, “Expensive care plans”, “Rough adjustments or therapy”, “High Out of Network billing”, etc.

We do: “Treat you with respect”, “Complete comprehensive consultation, exam and x-rays if needed”, “Get you out of pain as fast as possible”, “Gentle and affective adjustments/therapy”, “Refer out if needed” and we are In Network with most insurance plans.
